Warm interior of a historic church with wooden pews and soft morning light

Since 1929 in the Valley.

A community planted in Mallory since 1929. Everyone is welcome.

“Established in 1929, MCoG has been a city set on a hill in this community, serving others and raising up leaders through the years.”

Part of the Church of God denomination and rooted in the Holiness and Pentecostal movements, MCoG has served this community since November 2, 1929. Our vision comes straight from Matthew 28, expressed in three words: Gather, Grow, Go.

Our church isn't a building you visit, it's a community you become.

A City Set on a Hill

The Beginning

A small group of believers gather along Huff Creek, planting the seed of a multi-generational community of faith.

Roots Take Hold

MCoG becomes a pillar of the valley, serving families and raising up leaders through the Holiness tradition.

Gather. Grow. Go.

Rooted in the Great Commission of Matthew 28, three words that shape everything we do.

Still Growing

90+ years in. Still at 1990 Huff Creek Highway. Still a city set on a hill.
